Educational Legal and Ethical Issues for Educators
An introductory course to prepare pre-service teachers to create safe and successful learning environments for all students. Preservice teachers will also be armed to avoid misunderstandings or false allegations against them and will be able to understand the purposes and means and ethical grounding and reasons for ensuring equity, fairness, safety and established rights of the entire educational community of students, parents, and teachers.
